Status On-Line

O.C. Processing uses an online tracking system to provide online status tracking along with online document retrieval. Once you have submitted the new user registration form available here, you will receive a username and password to access the O.C. Processing system. Once registered you may login to see any orders you have with O.C. Processing and to upload documents. You can track the status of your orders from the opening to file completion. In addition to online status tracking, you may also view any documents O.C. Processing receives through your online folder. Doc order forms, Lender Approvals, Submission Forms, etc., will posted to your folder. When there are status updates, or new documents, you will receive a notification via e-mail. O.C. Processing can create separate accounts for managers, loan officers, brokers, etc. You can also give realtors and borrowers access to the files so that they are informed of the status of the loans in process. New to the status online system

O.C. Processing's on-line system has been updated to enable you to request pricing and loan placement as well as allow you to submit your files directly into the online system for processing. Files can be uploaded into the online system from Point, Encompass or in Fannie Mae format. Once the loan file is uploaded from the LOS, you can also upload any documents that pertain to the individual file i.e. Credit Report, Borrower Authorization, Income Documents, Assets, etc. All new submission are date/time stamped for tracking purposes.
